Fablab Saigon is the first fablab and makerspace in Ho Chi Minh City. Fablab Saigon is an open creative space to empower locally the community of makers, students and entrepreneurs to co-work and co-make with social awareness.

It has been 3 years since our Fablab Saigon established in 2014. It’s not long enough to validate the success, but it’s not too short for us to feel fulfilled when we look back the past time.

There was bad and good time, but the reality that we still exist and are going to go further on our hard way, which is to promote the Makers movement as a new way to think consumption, economy and society, is our biggest achievement. It make us strongly believe that we can commit our mission:  INNOVATION LITERACY THROUGH DIGITAL FABRICATION.

We're buiding a strong community of makers which is connected and supportive. We expect this commnity/network will be spreaded through out of Vietnam and all over the world.

The first thing that matters to me the most is recognising how blessed I am to have food, shelter and a loving family and helping other people who do not have the same comforts.
Sounds a bit corny, but to look after the world a little better day by day. Be it helping those who can't help themselves, from children to animals. Helping support and amazing Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket, Thailand and make a small animated stop-motion movie of the plight of these majestic animals from birth to the passing.
