We generally don’t like rules, nor being told what to do!
However, we do have three simple rules we feel are important to maintain an open network and bring the most well-rounded experience to members of the SparkRaise community.
Always use appropriate language and treat other users of the site with respect. The SparkRaise community rests on a spirit of generosity, respect and civility on which all members of the community can depend. We are not interested in having members of our community engaged in or subjected to any prohibited community behaviour.
Honesty is at the centre of our community and the trust that is built around it. This allows for co-creation, colloboration, idea generation, constructive exchange of perspectives and more broadly for our community to thrive. Campaigns cannot misrepresent or mislead and they should be upfront about their plans. They should also be candid about any challenges, delays or unforeseen circumstances they face.
SparkRaise aims to be as open as possible and lets you raise funds for almost anything. However, you may not use SparkRaise to raise funds for any of the prohibited items. Campaigns also cannot offer equity ownership or repayment incentives to contributors.
