Taking place on 18 October 2020, TEDxEncompassHK is one of the only two TEDxCountdown licensed events in Hong Kong, featuring a range of live speakers to online audiences not only in Hong Kong but around the world. With the theme “Countdown. Go Far”, TEDxEncompassHK aims to encourage individual actions to combat climate change and stimulate the community to take efforts in driving their own local initiatives such as recycling or exchange corners. Our goal is to bring together bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused, and on a wide range of subjects on climate change, to foster learning, inspiration and wonder-and provoke conversations that matter.

Sounds a bit corny, but to look after the world a little better day by day. Be it helping those who can't help themselves, from children to animals. Helping support and amazing Elephant Sanctuary in Phuket, Thailand and make a small animated stop-motion movie of the plight of these majestic animals from birth to the passing.
