Wellness Market

A YUMMy Meditation and Kirtan Hong Kong session will be held at the Spaces x SparknShop Presents: Wellness Market taking place from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, June 15th at Spaces, Lee Garden 3.  The Wellness Market is an 'earth friendly' day filled with sustainable, socially conscious, non-profit products and activities that will keep you looking and feeling your best.

We feel strongly for RUN, an NGO here in Hong Kong supporting vulnerable refugees through running and other sports. On the occasion of World Refugee Day, we would like to fundraise for RUN. Join us in this powerful community event in support of Mother Earth and all sentient beings of love and light that need shelter and support. 

About RUN

We RUN together with vulnerable refugees to support them to: Rebuild their mental and physical strength Unite as a community and with the local Hong Kong community Nurture each other through sport, food, friendship and education.

We rehabilitate vulnerable refugees through running and other sports
We help them recover from past traumas in a warm, friendly and safe environment
We support them to develop skills for a more hopeful future
We promote equality and understanding amongst participants and with the local host population
We have a special focus on women
We are a community beyond sport

  • 15 June (Saturday), 2019
  • YUMMy True Self & Abundance Meditation with Ying Han Cheng 3-4 pm
    Embody the evolution of who you've come to be, removing all previous obstacles and negative patterns. Tune in to your pleasurable, powerful and you only live once yummy Self.
  • Kirtan Hong Kong 4-5 pm
    Kirtan is a call and response musical meditation that takes a minute to learn, and makes you feel good just as fast. The practice goes back more than 5000 years and can be practiced by anyone. You do not need to be a good singer, a practitioner of yoga, or a follower of any religion or set of beliefs to experience the power of kirtan. An open mind and your voice are all that is required! Combining music, mantra meditation and full body, mind and heart participation, kirtan offers a rich, immersive experience that has the power to change the world, one heart at a time.

What to bring and to use

  • Drinking water
  • Yoga mat, or comfortable cushion for sitting (there will also be a small number available for use there)
  • Comfortable clothes
